Welcome!

Hello! My name is Mr. May, and I’m thrilled to offer private music lessons right here in the McCandless neighborhood. I recently moved from Los Angeles, where I spent over 20 years teaching in public schools and over 30 years teaching privately. I bring that same depth of experience, professionalism, and warm teaching style to Pittsburgh.

Music is for everyone—kids, teens, adults, beginners, and returning students. If you’re ready to grow your skills, gain confidence, and enjoy the learning process, I’d love to work with you.
